Who Should Attend

Participants will include business managers, OR directors, and others involved in the business and logistical decisions that drive the OR’s economy, technology, and staff performance.

The conference will kick off with a Pre-Conference Workshop on Sunday afternoon and the full conference will begin with an opening keynote Monday morning, a full day of sessions and workshops followed by a welcoming reception on Monday.

This conference is designed to help OR executives, surgical services directors, and business managers develop the skills and tools they need to increase efficiencies and meet revenue goals.
