Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $300 service fee (per attendee). Registrants who cancel before January 23, 2016 will receive a refund of payment minus the service fee. Registrants who cancel after January 23, 2016 can have their payment credited toward a future OR Manager event, minus the service fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations.

Dana has 22 years of healthcare leadership experience including operations management and performance improvement. Dana began her career in supply chain management as the Director, Materials Management at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian. She transitioned to Director, Performance Improvement with VHA West Coast, where she was responsible for group purchasing strategies, regional education program development and operational benchmarking initiatives in the areas of OR, Pharmacy, ER and Materials Management.
Dana returned to inpatient care to join the Perioperative leadership as the Business Director for Perioperative Services and assumed the responsibilities of Vice President until 2013. She is a consultant in the Long Beach and Los Angeles areas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Biology from UC San Diego and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Vanaskie, MS, MBA, FACHE, has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, serving most recently as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Maricopa Integrated Health System, Phoenix, AZ. Previously he was EVP/COO for Parkland Health and Hospital System in Dallas, and he had a similar role with the Guthrie Healthcare System in Pennsylvania and St Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita, KS. He has guided hospitals to national recognition as a Top 100 Hospital in several clinical and operational areas and gained recognition for their focus on patient service and safety. A graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, NY, he has a master’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and an MBA from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA.
